Scammed

my 017 number might not be available for a few days.

Yes Man! movie say must try everything. I signed up for the trial of Maxis broadband. What do I get? They used my IC to convert my current prepaid plan to post paid WITHOUT my consent. WTF???

Now I have to transfer all my credit to my sis and wait for the death of my prepaid sim card when the post paid is activated. Sien.... CCB promoter. My mother said never trust pretty girl. Didn't know ugly girl also can cheat.

Lucky I go and cancel the broadband plan tonight and get to know about the scam. Else I might be forced to pay RM138 for the broadband and RM50 for the post paid beginning from next month. =.=

Went to Mines to cancel the Maxis broadband at the Maxis shop. They refer us to the Maxis centre at the Gardens. Have to go there straight away as I will be going to attend a briefing at Genting tomorrow.

Do not trust the temporary promoter ever! Especially the Maxis broadband promoter at Lowyat plaza.

GSC e-payment

First time having problem with the online ticket purchase system. Thanks to the Firefox extension NoScript. After submit the credit card information, the page turn blank. NoScript warn about XSS. OMG!

Call bank. The operator claimed that the transaction is successful. Money paid. Check email. No codes. Check the seats I paid for after 8 minutes*. They are available. Toink!

The phone numbers displayed on the site are all for phone reservation and no human there. FAQ leads me to send an email to the support team. No reply yet so far.

Went to the cinema. There are no seats for that particular credit card. Fill in a form to ask for transaction reverse.

*The seats would be reserved for 8 minutes for you to make payment.

update:
Email replied. They would reverse the transaction. I doubt a big company would want to cheat my money. =)

There's a web hacking competition this afternoon.
OMG.. so so so difficult... Argghhhh.. Feel insulted.. lolz

I tried to refresh my mind on the SQL injection and similar thingy this weekend. But they are useless. All I get is "wrong username". =.="

For the 20 minutes I tried all the combination that I know. But none works...

Lecturer asked me to go assist him on the mid term test. Alright no problem.

Rush to dinner and then rush back to the COIT. No people can be seen at the exam hall. Called him. Time changed. Said that he pasted the information on his room door. Argghhh...

Aftermath

Asking for direction from another passenger. Lead me to the main road. Offer to fetch me. Well, decided to take bus/taxi instead.
