Pasar malam Mont Kiara

Heard from colleague that there will be a pasar malam on Thursday night at Plaza Mont Kiara. It is just few steps away from the office. Go and walk around after work.

At home:
Parents: High class place pasar also sell high class bread. So expensive. Next time don't buy.
My inner voice: As long as it is delicious.. Just 10 bucks anyway. =P

Walked past a korean food stall. And they are koreans! It's fun to be able to talk to them in English. They are selling fried balls with all kinds of meat inside. And a small bowl with brown rice.

Guess what I have bought?

Me: Spicy?
Korean:Ya ya.
Me: How long can I keep this? (Kimchi)
Korean: No expired.
Korean: You want soul or no soul?
Me: Sold?
Korean: This one soul. This not sour.
Me: Oh. Sour.. =.="

Books, old magazines, clothes, malaysian food...
Enjoy walking around foreigners and fantasize that I am living at overseas.
How can I be so 崇洋? >.<

Work at Mont Kiara

Been relocated to the main branch at Mont kiara this week. Being part of the company resource we are to move around according to instruction.

It's full of japanese, korean and westerner around this area. Guards in brown blowing whistle controlling the traffic can be seen everywhere.

Feel like I have came to a totally different world. I don't need to keep looking behind to be aware of robbers. I don't need to put my life at stake crossing the busy roads. I don't need to worry about heavy wallet because the food is expensive here and the money flow away like water. xD

Just when I thought finally I have found a peaceful place...

2009 2010

Here's the summary of my life for 2009:


Went to Genting to listen on the eGenting aftermath lecture. A westerner with pony tail taught us how to solve the questions in the programming contest. A nice experience. Who would be bored in Genting anyway? We walked around, had a temporary tatoo and enjoy free lunch and dinner there. Not to mention the free transport. They do support education. :)


Participated in the KL City Run 2009. Addicted to jog and the stadium track nearby my hostel was a perfect spot to train my heart.


参与了几个佛学营（UCSI Buddy Camp 2009, 全国大专佛学营2009）
趁未踏入社会前沉淀、充电、装备一下
也留下了很多美好的回忆.


最后的学期比较空闲。试着煎蛋、煮火锅、凉水。
悟出一个真理：下厨后麻烦的事情在于清洗厨具和碗 =.=


最后的晚餐。大学生涯结束了。Had a nice chat with the coursemates. Talked about our dreams and future and past. Now it has became one of our past. =)


Went to pulau redang, pulau lang tengah and pulau perhentian.
First time snorkeling. Had fun!


第一次捐血。没有想象中的痛。
其实也没本着救人的心情，只不过想体验被插的感觉。


第一次体验追星的疯狂。张栋梁从大众书局的后门出现.....


Went to Mines Read Malaysia Book fair (June), KLCC Bookfair(Aug). Also, went to 书香国际中文书展(Nov) to meet with 藤井树 (Taiwan novel author).

Borrowed books from National Library several times. Get fined for a few times due to late return as my life gets more hectic. A cheap alternative to get access to more books.^^

Indulged in knowledge mining through the books that I managed to get my hands on. Study about investment and finance mostly as I step into the working lifestyle. Also, fictions such as 佐贺阿嘛 series, random chinese literature and some japanese language books which have been abandoned. Thanks to those who borrowed me the books and help me return the books. You know who you are. =D


I like to watch performance!
Went to PKC CNY Nite 华文学会新春晚会 for the last time before I graduate, UKM Bodhi Night, UPM Pesta Tang Long, UPM 天籁之音, UM 灯笼节, 人间音缘.
体会了各大学的才华。
也丰富了我的仓鼠人生。


My Final Year Project thesis.
有血有泪有脑汁有蚊子标本有干鼻屎。
交了报告、在评分老师前表演一番后从此踏上不归路 =P


被迫跟陪伴了我4年的Inspiron 6000电脑分手
体会了人生无常
有钱才是王道
自己买的电脑才不会被抢走


毕业后第一份工作。从此睡到自然醒变成一种奢侈。
熬了一个月半就难产了。默哀一分钟~

第一次跟顾客开会
接着陆陆续续出席了4-5次的Meeting
朝着Sales的方向前进
还有颇多的沟通技巧需要改进


So what's coming up next year?

Thanks for everyone who become part of my wonderful experience this year. Looking at what I've been through in 2009. Notice the blank after I started working. I would say that working does make my life duller. Haha..

Recently I've isolated myself from the outside world. A lot of things are overwhelming my mind. Life does not always grant us what we desire, does it? Anyway, I shall write the 2010 flashback next year while looking at the heavy snow at the window, sipping through the hot chocolate drink.

《暖暖》

读了蔡智恒的《暖暖》。特好看！感觉绕了中国一圈。杭州、北京、哈尔滨、x州(忘了，有岳飞的碑).北京。故宫、颐和园、当年皇帝贵族生活的地方。还有纪晓岚、恭王府和坤、万里长城。还有哈尔滨的欧式建筑和寒冷。仿佛身历其境. =)
