GSC e-payment

First time having problem with the online ticket purchase system. Thanks to the Firefox extension NoScript. After submit the credit card information, the page turn blank. NoScript warn about XSS. OMG!

Call bank. The operator claimed that the transaction is successful. Money paid. Check email. No codes. Check the seats I paid for after 8 minutes*. They are available. Toink!

The phone numbers displayed on the site are all for phone reservation and no human there. FAQ leads me to send an email to the support team. No reply yet so far.

Went to the cinema. There are no seats for that particular credit card. Fill in a form to ask for transaction reverse.

*The seats would be reserved for 8 minutes for you to make payment.

update:
Email replied. They would reverse the transaction. I doubt a big company would want to cheat my money. =)
